About the Hotel

The hotel is housed in a newly-adapted villa that dates back to the beginning of the 20th century, located by the sea, just next to the Lungo mare promenade. It was built according to the principle of Mediterranean countryside architecture, which in its grandeur is a combination of architecture and landscape; villas are surrounded by gardens, parks and promenades.

In the past, the laundry room was housed in the villa, which was later adapted to a tourist facility.

As a result of the development of tourism in Opatija, the Queen of the Adriatic, our villa was a tourist attraction for rich aristocrats and noblemen. Through history it had different names and stories ... and now it is time to open its doors again.
